Euclid High School Boys Team holding their Championship shirts from the Nordonia Knight Relays

The Euclid High School Track and Field program delivered an outstanding performance at the Nordonia Knight Relays, breaking multiple meet records and earning top finishes across both boys and girls events. The Panthers’ showing was a testament to the athletes’ preparation, determination, and team unity.

The boys team highlighted the meet by breaking three relay records, two of which now rank second overall in the state of Ohio.

In the boys 4x800 meter relay, Maurice Hereford, Malik Hogan, Mario Seats, and King Duke ran a time of 8:06.59, breaking the meet record and placing them second in the state rankings.

The 4x400 meter relay team of John Jordan, Malik Hogan, LaJuan Hamelin, and Mario Seats also set a new meet record with a time of 3:24.01. That time currently ranks as the second fastest in the state.

The Panthers also claimed victory in the coed 4x400 meter relay. Malik Hogan, John Jordan, Brooklyn Moore, and Tamara Houston combined for a time of 3:42.00, which not only earned them first place but also set a new meet record in the event.

The girls team added to the success with strong performances in both sprint and field relays. The girls throwers 4x100 relay team of Asia Wilkerson, Chariyon Zeigler, Jamitya Atkins, and Delilah Simmons secured first place with a commanding race.

Girls ThrowersAdditionally, the girls' 4x200 meter relay team—consisting of Jordyn Jones, Tamara Houston, Brooklyn Moore, and London Southern—earned a third-place finish in a highly competitive event.
