Euclid High School has partnered with Focus 3 to create elite results for all of our stakeholders. Parents, community members, current students, alumni, and employees regularly interact with Euclid High School. Establishing our institutional values was essential to reaching our full potential.

This Culture Playbook is our attempt to establish those common Values, Behaviors, and Outcomes for all Euclid High School Stakeholders so that we can hold each other accountable for upholding what it means to be a Panther.

This document is only the beginning. We must realize that we are all leaders and have an impact on the results that Euclid High School earns. Tim Kight, the founder and CEO of Focus 3, often says, "If it's not happening in you, it will never happen through you." If you apply the values in this document to your interactions in our community, we will get closer to reaching our full potential as Panthers.
