JTC Students working at Crown Plaza

At Euclid High School, the journey to success often starts beyond the classroom, and for a group of ambitious students in the Job Training Connections (JTC) program, that journey has taken them straight to the heart of Playhouse Square at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Beginning on December 11th, these “Future Hoteliers” have been diving into the world of hospitality, gaining invaluable hands-on experience at one of Cleveland’s premier hotels. This unique opportunity allows students to work alongside seasoned professionals, learning the ins and outs of customer service, event planning, housekeeping, and more.

The weekly job site visits are part of a groundbreaking partnership between Euclid High School and the Crowne Plaza Hotel, designed to prepare students for real-world careers in the booming hospitality industry. Through this collaboration, students are not only developing practical skills but are also building confidence, professional networks, and a deep understanding of what it takes to excel in the field.

This partnership exemplifies our commitment to empowering students with opportunities that connect their education to their future goals. The JTC program continues to be a shining example of how Euclid High School equips students to thrive in diverse career pathways.

We couldn’t be prouder of these Future Hoteliers as they represent our school and community with professionalism, determination, and a drive to succeed. Stay tuned as we follow their journey into the exciting world of hospitality!
