On November 15, Josh Stephens led Euclid High School’s FFA Chapter, which partnered with the Ohio State Beekeeper’s Association and the local Slovenian consulate to host a Honey Breakfast at Chardon Hills. This unique event highlighted the importance of apiculture and the essential role of bees in agriculture and ecosystems.
Guests enjoyed a delicious breakfast featuring honey and other bee-pollinated foods while learning about the vital work of pollinators in sustaining our food supply. The event was an educational opportunity, fostering a deeper understanding of beekeeping and its significance in modern agriculture.
The FFA Chapter’s involvement in supporting the Ohio State Beekeeper’s Association demonstrates its ongoing commitment to innovative agricultural education. Thank you to Josh Stephens and the Euclid High School FFA Chapter for bringing this sweet initiative to life and celebrating bees and beekeepers' hard work!
