Bullying Report
Ohio House Bill 276, effective Mar. 30, 2007, mandated that local boards of public schools (including city, local, exempted village, joint vocational districts and community schools) adopt policies prohibiting harassment, intimidation or bullying by Dec. 30, 2007. Euclid City Schools has aopted a policy for such matters. The chart below details reported bullying incidents and dispositions for the 2011-2012 School Year (as of January 2012).

In accordance with Ohio Revised Code (3313.666 District policy prohibiting harassment required) Euclid City Schools adheres to their board-adopted policy regarding bullying and harassment.
The State Board Model Definition for cyber-bullying, harassment, intimidation, or bullying as:
- Intentional written, verbal, graphic or physical act that a student or group of students exhibited toward other particular student more than once; and the behavior both:
- Causes mental or physical harm to the other student; and
- Is sufficiently severe, persistent or pervasive that it creates an intimidating, threatening or abusive educational environment for the other student.
- Electronically transmitted acts i.e., Internet, cell phone, personal digital assistance (PDA) or wireless hand-held device that a student has exhibited toward another particular student more than once and the behavior both:
- Causes mental or physical harm to the other student/school personnel; and
- Is sufficiently severe, persistent or pervasive that it creates an intimidating, threatening or abusive educational environment for the other student/school personnel.
